Eat well, or eat raw and regret it.
Current as of the Primoria patch of 2 Nov 2026
The complete Primoria food guide: what every meal, drink, medicine and ingredient restores, which buffs it gives, how the 13 cooking methods change a dish, and how seasonings and dish-building push stats higher. New here? Start with the goal cards right below, or build a meal in the planner and watch the buff-replacement rule play out. Every number in the item tables comes from the Primoria wiki's food index — and the few figures taken from the original game are labelled as such wherever they appear.
Start here: what are you trying to do?
The short answers — the full numbers live in the item tablesFight something big
Steak is the only food that raises Attack directly (STR +20, Attack +3.3, 15 min). No Steak? Pressed Ham gives a flat STR +30 for 15 min, and Premium Sausage scales STR +4.6–46. Eat the weaker buff first — a later one replaces it, never adds to it.
Test the meal order in the planner →Beat exhaustion
The strongest fix is Fatigue Restorative (−300 fatigue, flat) — but it's crate-only. Craftable options: Dutch Coffee drains fatigue at −0.1/s for 20 min and raises your Max Fatigue; Barley Drink drains −0.18/s for 10 min.
Find them in Drinks →Grow your energy pool
Bread, Cooked Rice and Rice Cake all give Max Energy +21–67 for 20 min. Eat them plain: every heated, hot or oil cooking method cancels the buff, so a toasted sandwich loaf is just food.
See which methods cancel it →Survive the climate
Heat and cold protection comes from Hot Food / Cold Food dishes: Chunky Stew (Hot Food Lv 4) and Noodles (Lv 3) at the top end, Shaved Ice (Cold Food Lv 3) on the cold side — and anything Boiled grants Hot Food on its own.
What the climate effects do →Work longer — gather & craft
Green Tea cuts gathering fatigue by 22% for 20 min. For crafting stats, match the dish to the job: STR food for weapon work, WIL/PER cake for tailoring — the job-food table pairs every trade with its dish.
The job-food table →Cure something nasty
Poisoned, tetanus, stench? The three preventative medicines each cure specific conditions outright, Coffee cures Dejected, and flowers plus Painkiller Root restore life and health per second while you recover.
Find them in Medicine →Feed your pet properly
Four base feeds cover the basics; at Cooking 50 each one specialises into Accuracy, Attack, Speed or Storage variants depending on a single ingredient class you add.
Pet feeds & specialisation →Just don't get sick
Raw meat, fish and offal carry Stomach Pain (Health −0.2/s for 5 min) and raw food only gives 60% stamina while adding fatigue. Any cooking method — even a basic skewer over a bonfire — makes it safe.
The five rules of eating →How food works
The five rules everything else hangs onEaten raw, food gives only 60% of its stamina and adds 3 fatigue. Almost every raw meat and fish also carries Stomach Pain. Any cooking method removes the Raw tag — cooking is what makes meat safe, not optional polish.
Listed values span the item's level range: a stamina range of 14–55 means a Lv 1 piece restores ~14 and a Lv 60–70 piece ~55. Higher-level food restores more — and its buffs are bigger too.
Stamina, Health and Satiety go up by the amounts shown; Fatigue goes down by its amount. Buffs start the moment you eat and run for the time shown.
Eating a second food with the same kind of buff swaps the old one out. Plan your meal order — a weak buff eaten last overwrites a strong one eaten first.
Effects shown in red hurt you: Stomach Pain drains health, Thirst makes fatigue build faster. They ride along on raw meats, dry foods and salty foods.
Method bonuses (§3) apply on top of the base values in the item tables: a cooked dish is its base item, modified by how you cooked it. Hunger and thirst mechanics themselves are covered by the wiki's “Survival and status” page.
Effect glossary
Every effect name you'll see in the tables, in plain language| Effect | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Stat buff — e.g. STR +4.7–53, 20 min | Raises the named stat while it lasts. The number scales with the food's level: +4.7 from a Lv 1 dish, up to +53 from a Lv 70 one. |
| Max Energy +21–67, 20 min | A bigger energy pool (Bread, Cooked Rice, Rice Cake). Cancelled by every fire/water-heated and oil cooking method — see the cooking matrix. |
| Max Fatigue +45–148, 20 min | Raises your fatigue ceiling. Dutch Coffee only. |
| Strength +20, Attack +3.3, 15 min | Steak only — the one food buff in the game that raises Attack directly. |
| Hot Food Lv n | Changes how heat and cold affect you — climate protection. Lv 1–4 dishes last 20 min; Steak lasts 15 min. |
| Cold Food Lv n | The same climate protection, cold side: Ice (Lv 1) lasts 5 min, Shaved Ice (Lv 3) lasts 20 min. |
| Water | Climate protection as above: 20 min from Fatigue Restorative and Vegetable Juice, 10 min from Soup, 3 min from the preventative medicines. |
| Juice | Fatigue builds 10% slower, plus the climate effect, for 5 min. |
| Thirst | Harmful: fatigue builds 20% faster, plus the climate effect, for 5–20 min depending on the item. Rides on dry and salty foods — oils, flours, sauces, Salt, Rice Puffs. |
| Stomach Pain | Harmful: Health −0.2 per second for 5 min. The raw-meat penalty — nearly every raw meat, fish and offal carries it. Cook the food and it's gone. |
| Strange Eats | Will +3 for 5 min. Found on pet feeds and odd edibles — bugs, fat, tendon and the like. |
| Life Recovery Speed Lv 10 | Life +5.5 per second — 5 min from flowers and plants, but only 3 min from Anti-Bleeding Agent. |
| Health Recovery Speed Lv 8 | Health +4.5 per second for 3 min (Painkiller Root). |
| Caffeinated Lv 1–60 | Fatigue drains away over time: −0.08/s from Drip Coffee, −0.1/s from Dutch Coffee, for 20 min. |
| Enhanced Ability Lv 1–70 | Gathering fatigue reduced by 22% for 20 min (Green Tea). |
| Continuous Energy Recovery Lv 5 | Energy +2 per second for 3 min (Taro Milk Tea). |
| Quenching Drink Lv 60 | Fatigue −0.18 per second for 10 min (Barley Drink). |
| Surging Sweetness Lv 60 | Max Health +120 and Max Energy +30 for 10 min (Dried Persimmon). |
| Vigor Lv 1 / Lv 2 | On Cake and Cream Cake. Nobody knows what it does yet — no source defines it. See Open questions. |
| Cures: X | Removes the named condition outright: Dejected, Stench, Tetanus, Excrement Poison or Poison Sac Infection. |
| SED (Status Effect Duration) | Extra buff time a cooking method adds on top of a dish's own duration: +60 s at Lv 1 up to +240 s from Grillade (Lv 4). Re-cooking a dish adds the bonus again. SED stretches duration only — it never makes the buff itself bigger. See the cooking matrix. |
| Method tags — Heated, Hot, Deep Fried, Dried, Smoked | The label a cooking method stamps onto a dish. Heated/Hot tags and both oil tags (Deep Fried, Stir-fry) cancel Max Energy; Dried and Smoked tags mean the ingredient's special effects were stripped for storage. Full per-method numbers in §3. |
| Digestibility Lv 2 | Granted by the Boiled method only: Satiety counts at ×0.5 and eating time at ×0.5. Boiled food is fast climate protection, not a filling meal. |
The cooking-method matrix
All 13 methods — every cooked dish is its base item, modified by one of theseThree numbers matter per method: how much it multiplies the dish's health gain, the stamina bonus it adds, and the buff-time bonus (SED — Status Effect Duration) it adds to the dish's buffs. Re-cooking a dish adds the bonus again. “The six stations” below means: Lava Kitchen, Stove, Kitchen, Oven, Ash Wood Table, Bonfire.
| Method | Tag | Health gain | Stamina | Buff time (SED) | Tools | Stations | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skewer | Heated Lv 1 | ×1.07 | +10% | — | Stick / Long Stick / Short Stick | Bonfire-class | Re-roasting the same skewer raises Heated +1 per roast, up to Lv 5 |
| Stone Plate BBQ | Heated Lv 2 | ×1.14 | +15% | Lv 2 (+120 s) | Stone Plate | The six stations | Has a seasoning slot |
| Roast | Heated Lv 3 | ×1.21 | +20% | Lv 3 (+180 s) | Stick / Long Stick / Short Stick | The six stations | Seasoning slot |
| Grillade | Heated Lv 4 | ×1.28 | +25% | Lv 4 (+240 s) | Metal Grate | The six stations | Seasoning slot; the top fire method |
| Simmered | Heated Lv 1 | ×1.07 | +10% | Lv 1 (+60 s) | Pot | The six stations | A water method that still carries a Heated tag |
| Boiled | Hot Lv 2 | — | — | Lv 2 (+120 s) | Pot | The six stations | Grants the Hot Food effect; Digestibility Lv 2: Satiety ×0.5, eating time ×0.5 |
| Steamed | Heated Lv 3 | ×1.21 | +20% | Lv 3 (+180 s) | Pot | The six stations | |
| Deep-fried | Deep Fried Lv 1 | — | +50% | — | Frying Pan | — | Highest stamina bonus of any method |
| Stir-fried | Stir-fry Lv 1 | — | +35% | — | Frying Pan | — | |
| Dried | Dried Lv 1 | — | — | — | — | Large / Small Drying Rack, Large Drying Rack II | Removes the ingredient's special food effects |
| Dry Spiced | Dried Lv 1 | — | — | — | — | The three racks | As Dried |
| Smoked | Smoked Lv 1 | — | +20% | — | — | The six stations | Removes special food effects |
| Smoked Spicy | Smoked Lv 2 | — | +40% | — | — | The six stations | Removes special food effects |
Heat and oil kill Max Energy. Every Heated/Hot method and both oil methods (Deep-fried, Stir-fried) cancels the Max Energy buff. Don't deep-fry your Bread if you ate it for the energy pool.
Preserving is for storage, not buffs. Dried, Dry Spiced, Smoked and Smoked Spicy strip the ingredient's special effects. What you get back is shelf life and stamina — smoke a buff ingredient and the buff is gone.
Two methods play by different rules. Boiled is the only method that adds an effect (Hot Food) instead of a Heated tag — and it halves satiety, so boiled food is climate protection, not a meal. And buff time stacks up: SED is how a 20-minute buff becomes a 24-minute one — Grillade adds +240 s on top of the dish's own duration.
Worked example — a top-level Steak on the Grillade. Base Steak (Lv 60): stamina 14–55, satiety 50, STR +20 and Attack +3.3 for 15 min, Hot Food Lv 3. Grillade multiplies health gain ×1.28 — Steak restores no health, so that changes nothing — adds +25% stamina (so roughly 18–69), and adds +240 s of SED, stretching the STR, Attack and Hot Food buffs from 15 to 19 minutes. The buff numbers themselves don't grow: methods stretch duration and stamina, never buff size. That's the whole calculation for any dish — base row from §7, modified by one row of this matrix.
Seasonings
The slot on Stone Plate BBQ, Roast and Grillade dishesThree fire methods carry a seasoning slot. Drop a seasoning in and it amplifies a set of stats on the finished dish: a normal result applies the seasoning at Lv 2, a great (“best creation”) result at Lv 4.
| Seasoning | Stats amplified | Normal | Great |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sugar | WIL / CHA / PER | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
| Honey | DEX | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
| Chili Pepper | INT / STR / END | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
| Bell Pepper | STR / DEX / PER | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
| Salt | STR / PER | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
| Herb | STR / AGI / WIL | Lv 2 | Lv 4 |
Original game
In the original game's data, those levels mean +2 per stat on a normal result and +4 per stat on a great one — and a botched seasoning gives +0. The stat mapping matches the Primoria wiki exactly (the original sheet groups Honey with Sugar as CHA/WIL/PER; the wiki separates Sugar → WIL/CHA/PER from Honey → DEX).
Dish-building: broths, sauces, toppings, job food
From the original gameThe wiki prints one buff line per finished dish. The original game's data shows why: many dishes are a base plus a variable component, and the component chooses the second stat. Everything in this section is from the original Durango — reliable for the original game, not yet re-verified against the Primoria client. Max gain at dish Lv 60 is +46 unless noted.
Broths — the liquid slot
- Bone Broth → END
- Meat Broth → STR
- Fish Broth → AGI
- Vegetable Broth → DEX
Sauces — the sauce slot
- Cream Sauce → PER
- Oil Sauce → WIL
- Vegetable Sauce → DEX
How combos resolve
- Spicy Fried Chicken = STR + sauce stat
- Tteokbokki = END + sauce stat
- Fried / Garnished Noodles = INT + sauce stat (Garnished also adds an ability-skill stat)
- Noodles = INT + broth stat
- Cream Cake = WIL + PER + stuffing stat
- Pizza = WIL + topping stat
Pizza & stuffed-bread toppings
The topping grants its stat and a job ability skill at Lv 4 (+6 on a best creation). Topping stats: Meat → STR · Vegetable → DEX · Fruit → CHA · Fish → AGI (all +46 at Lv 60). Fish, mushroom, bug, egg and other toppings grant no ability skill.
| Topping | Job ability skill | Topping | Job ability skill |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meat | Mining | Potato | Building |
| Cheese | Butchering | Bean | Furniture Crafting |
| Aged Cheese | Butchering + Gathering | Grape | Sewing |
| Onion | Gathering | Banana | Handicraft |
| Tomato | Cooking | Fig | Armor Crafting |
| Pumpkin | Farming | Bell Pepper | Weapon Crafting |
| Chili Pepper | Metal Processing |
Job food — the recommended dish per job
| Job | Eat this |
|---|---|
| Weapon Crafting | Seasoned Chicken + Vegetable Sauce (STR/END), or Pizza + Meat (STR/WIL) |
| Hunting | Seasoned Chicken + Oil Sauce |
| Tailoring | Cream Cake + Sugar (WIL/PER) |
| Farming | Pizza + Grape/Fig + Sugar (WIL/CHA) |
| Cooking | Fruit Pizza + Sugar (INT + Cooking Ability) |
| Building | Noodles + Bone Broth (INT/END) |
| Crafting / Metalworking / Gathering / Mining | Noodle dishes with a job-matched sauce, broth or topping |
Pet feeds
Four base feeds — and the ingredient that specialises each oneAll four base feeds give a player who eats them Strange Eats (Will +3, 5 min) — but their real purpose is pets. Each feed's full values are in the Meals group of the item tables.
Carnivore Feed
Meat/fish slot + grain/fruit/veg slot + Egg + Milk. Lv 1–70 · Stamina 90–183 · Satiety 30.
Herbivore Feed
Vegetable slot + Leaf ×3 + Milk. Lv 1–70 · Stamina 90–183 · Satiety 30. Can roll the crafting-outcome rares Vivid Inspiration and Fortune Rides the Rain.
Meat Meal
Lv 1–40 · Stamina 68–103 · Satiety 20.
Proto Porridge
Lv 1–40 · Stamina 68–103 · Satiety 20.
Specialised feeds — Accuracy / Attack / Speed / Storage
At Cooking 50, each base feed branches into four specialised variants, decided by one ingredient class (ingredient mapping from the original game's data; the wiki's Carnivore Feed description confirms the Accuracy variant's role in Primoria — it improves the odds of an Accuracy buff proccing for carnivores).
| Base feed | Accuracy | Attack | Speed | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Herbivore | Grain / Leaf / Fruit / Vegetables | Herb, Flowers | Cactus Pulp, Desert Agave Pulp | Mushroom |
| Carnivore | Meat, Sirloin, Tendon, Lizard (Poison) Pouch | Egg, Intestine | Bugs (Caterpillar etc.) | Fish |
Meal planner
Build a plate — the totals and the replacement rule, worked out for you
Add foods in the order you'd eat them. The planner adds up stamina, health, fatigue and satiety, then applies the guide's core rule: a buff is replaced by any later food carrying the same kind of buff — replaced buffs are shown struck through, so you can see exactly what a badly ordered meal throws away.
Your plate
Nothing on the plate yet — pick a food above and add it.
What you actually get
Totals and active buffs will appear here.
Base values from the item tables, before cooking-method bonuses (§3). Cooking also removes the Raw penalty and Stomach Pain from raw meats and fish — the planner shows items as listed, so treat a Stomach Pain warning as “cook it first”. Buff grouping follows each item's printed effect line.
Where to get it
The source for every key ingredient — animal, node, island, farm or crate
The item tables tell you what an ingredient does; this page tells you where it comes from — which animal to butcher and what it yields, which node to gather and on what kind of island, which crops are farmed from seed, and which items only ever come out of a crate. Where no wild source is listed for an item, the entry says exactly that rather than guessing one.
Meals' key ingredients
What the dishes, drinks and pet feeds in this guide are actually built from.
| Ingredient | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Meat | Butchered. Base Meat is butchered from animals — an Apatosaurus gives the largest yield, ×30 per kill. Steak is built from it: Grilled Steak at the Lava Kitchen (Cooking 60) takes Meat + spice + Milk. |
| Milk | No listed wild source — the verified notes record Milk only as a recipe input: Stew = Milk ×1; Chunky Stew = Milk + any Edible (Cooking 55); Carnivore Feed and Herbivore Feed both take Milk; Steak takes Milk alongside Meat and spice. |
| Seasonings (Steak's spice) | Honey comes only from Mahogany trees on 4 Tropical Lv 40 islands. Salt and Sugar are made with one shared skill (Cooking 25). What each seasoning does to a dish is in Seasonings. |
| Egg | Butchery product (animal-parts). One goes into Carnivore Feed, and Egg is the Carnivore Attack-variant ingredient at Cooking 50. |
| Leaf | No listed wild source in the verified notes — recorded as a recipe input: Herbivore Feed takes Leaf ×3 + Milk, and Anti-Bleeding Agent takes Flower ×3 + Leaf ×3. |
| Tea Leaf | Gathered. Brewed into Green Tea with the “Boil Tea” skill (Cooking 35; Tea Leaf + Water). |
| Coffee Grounds | Farmed, then ground. Coffee is farmed from its edible seed form (Coffee Seed); the grounds go into “Make Coffee” (Cooking 60; grounds + Water) for Drip Coffee — Dutch Coffee uses the same skill at the Filter station. |
| Ice | Gathered — Frozen Bush nodes on 4 Snowfield islands. Goes into Shaved Ice, and Taro Milk Tea takes Ice ×5 (with Heated Taro ×5 and Milk ×8). |
| Persimmon | No listed wild source. Dried Persimmon is made from it (Ability-gated, Cooking Ability 126). |
| Barley | No listed wild source — Barley Rice has no Islands/source section on its page. Barley Drink is Ability-gated (Cooking Ability 143). |
| Caterpillar | Gathered critter. Survival Food takes Caterpillar + Fruit/Grain ×3 (Ability 96); bugs like the Caterpillar are also the Carnivore Feed Speed-variant ingredient. |
| Fruit & Grain (recipe slots) | Gathered fruit can drop the rare Fortune Rides the Rain. Grain is farmed from seed forms and processed: Grain Flour via “Ground Grain” (Cooking 30), Cooked Rice (Cooking 40), oils via “Pressed Grain” / “Squeezed Oil”. |
| Fatigue Restorative | Crate only — found in Trash Bins, military first-aid kits and Lost Packages. It is never crafted or gathered. |
Ingredients
The Ingredients group of the item tables, by source.
| Ingredient | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Meat | Butchered — Apatosaurus yields ×30 per kill, the largest yield. |
| Sirloin | Butchered — Brachiosaurus family only. |
| Tenderloin | Butchered — from armoured dinosaurs and elephants/mammoths. |
| Belly Meat | Butchered — from ceratopsians and stegosaurs. |
| Belly Meat (Bonusaurus) · Brisket · Lizard Carcass | Butchered meats — the verified notes give no narrower animal for these three. |
| Fish · Minnow · Big Fish | One shared 114-island shoal set — all three (and the Big Fish (Shoal of Fish) variant) come from the same shoals. |
| Honey · Honeycomb | Gathered — Mahogany trees, only on 4 Tropical Lv 40 islands. Nowhere else. |
| Ice | Gathered — Frozen Bush nodes on 4 Snowfield islands. |
| Mushroom | Gathered — Rotten Log nodes (75 islands). Tagged poisonous to humans. |
| Banana · Coconut · Cranberry · Date · Feather Fruit · Fig · Fruit · Fruit (Bead Tree) · Mango · Normal Fruit · Olive · Orange · Raspberry · Raspberry-Type Fruit · Tropical Fruit | Gathered fruit — gathered fruits can drop the rare Fortune Rides the Rain. |
| Agave Flower · Aphelandra · Crabgrass Flower · Flower · Guzmania · Heliconia · Joshua Flower · Lavender · Scorched Flower · Syringa · Wild Rose | Gathered flowers — gathered flowers carry the drop-chance rare Vivid Inspiration and a built-in Life Recovery effect (Life +5.5/s when eaten). |
| Bean · Coffee | Farmed — crops grown from their edible seed forms (Bean Seed, Coffee Seed; the seed forms themselves are listed under Other edibles). |
| Grain Flour | Crafted — “Ground Grain” (Cooking 30). |
| Cooked Rice | Crafted — Cooking 40. |
| Fruit Oil · Grain Oil | Crafted — via “Pressed Grain” / “Squeezed Oil”. |
| Salt · Sugar | Crafted — both share one skill (Cooking 25). Both double as seasonings. |
| Soup | Crafted as “Broth ×2” (Cooking 45); the broth in the slot adds a stat — see Dish-building. |
| Bread Dough · Cake Dough · Noodle Dough | Crafted intermediates — made, not gathered or butchered. |
| Almond · Barley Rice · Bird of Paradise Root · Blackberry · Cosmos Flower · Orange Raspberry · Persimmon · Prawn · Rafflesia · St. Paul's Wort · Watermelon | No listed wild source — these items have no Islands/source section on their wiki pages, so no animal, node or island is listed for them. |
| Wheat (Food) | No listed wild source — its page states it cannot be cultivated and carries no source section. |
The remaining Ingredients (the cheeses and sauces, tulip forms, roots and the rest) have no source recorded in the verified notes beyond what their own rows in All items already show — so none is printed here rather than guessed.
Medicine inputs
What the Medicine group is made from — and the two medicines that are never made at all.
| Input | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Plant-based vaccine component | The antiserum family's base — decides the Rash Preventative result (Cooking 30). |
| Bug-based vaccine component | Bugs are gathered critters (Caterpillar, Aphid, Silkworm, Snail, Termite). Decides the Tetanus Preventative result (Cooking 45, Medical Lab). |
| Poison Sac | Butchery product (animal-parts). The Poison Sac-based component decides the Poison Gas Preventative result (Cooking 45, Medical Lab). |
| Flower ×3 + Leaf ×3 | Anti-Bleeding Agent (Ability-gated, 113; Medical Lab, mortar; yields ×2). The Flower is a gathered flower (see Ingredients above); Leaf has no listed wild source in the verified notes. |
| Root ×3 + Branch ×3 | Painkiller Root (Ability-gated, 133; Medical Lab; yields ×2). The verified notes record no narrower source for Root or Branch. |
| Painkiller | Crate only — found in 9 crate types. Never crafted. |
| Zylactin-Z | Crate only — military first-aid kits only. Never crafted. |
Animal Medicine (Cooking 15; Bark ×2, Leaf, Water) exists as an item page but does not appear on the food index, so it isn't counted in the Medicine group — its inputs are listed here because crafters ask after them.
All 176 items
Base values as gathered, across each item's level range — cooking modifies them (§3)Search by name or effect, jump to a group, filter by what an item does, or sort a group by the number you care about. Fatigue is shown as it appears on the index: a negative number is fatigue relieved. Effects in red are harmful. “—” means the index lists nothing for that column.
Looking for where an ingredient actually comes from — which animal, which node, which island? Where to get it lists the source for every key ingredient, grouped the same way.
How to read a row: Level is the item's own level range, and every other number spans that same range — the low end is what a low-level piece gives, the high end a top-level one. Stamina and Health are restored when you eat; Satiety is how filling it is (most snacks sit at 5–15; oils, Fat and Tendon reach 60–120); Fatigue negative means relief. An item with “—” for effects is pure calories: safe filler that can't overwrite a buff you care about.
Nothing matches. Try a shorter search, or clear the effect filter.
Open questions & honest notes
What the sources don't settle — flagged, not smoothed over- Vigor is undefined. Cake (Lv 1) and Cream Cake (Lv 2) carry a Vigor effect, but neither the wiki nor the original game's data prints any stat text for it — the hover shows only “20 min”. It's the one named food effect no source explains. If you learn what it does, this guide gets updated.
- Hot Food duration: sources differ. The food index hovers give 20 min for Hot Food Lv 1–4 dishes (Steak 15 min); the wiki's climate page lists 15–20 min per dish; its survival page says a flat 5 min. This guide uses the food-index values — the most recently read, dish-specific source.
- Two lists, overlapping. The wiki's food index (176 rows) and its Food-and-medicine item category (163 pages) overlap rather than nest: the index adds seed, butchery, plant and bug rows whose pages live in other categories, plus 9 variant rows (Meat (2), the Oxalis (2)/(3) forms and similar), while the category holds pages never eaten as-is (dyes, Animal Medicine, Cultured Yeast/Fungi…). Both were captured in full; nothing was double-counted here.
- Meat Meal vs Proto Porridge. They print identical index stats (68–103 stamina, satiety 20, Lv 1–40) — either genuinely mirrored recipes or a wiki duplicate. Their item pages list different ingredients.
- Anti-Bleeding Agent's recovery is shorter. Its Life Recovery Lv 10 lasts 3 min, while the same effect from every flower lasts 5 min. Printed that way on the index — treated here as a real per-source difference until tested in game.
